The recommended maximum weight capacity for the power cage is 1000 lbs, 300 lbs for the pull-up bar, 800 lbs for a pair of J hooks, 550 lbs for each plate storage peg, and 300 lbs for the cable crossover system. The Power Cage And Bench Package includes the RitFit PPC03 (PC-410 CC) Power Cage with Cable Crossover Machine and the RitFit Adjustable Weight Bench. The power cage is compact, measuring 44” W x 57.4” L x 84.6” H, and is made of heavy-duty 2”x2” steel square frame with a maximum capacity of 1000 lbs. The adjustable bench has a max load capacity of 800 lbs and offers a total of 9 adjustable positions. The Smooth Cable Crossover Machine features nylon-coated cables and high-quality pulleys for a smooth workout experience. The dual stirrup handles can be adjusted to 15 height positions for exercises like flies, lat pull downs, curls, rows, and more. The weight plate carriage sleeves have a 5° incline design to prevent plates from dropping and can accommodate both 1-inch and 2-inch plates. Included with the power cage are over 20 attachments, such as J hooks, safety spotter arms, cable grip handles, a row bar, a low foot tube, a 360° landmine, plate storage pins, weight holders for the cable system, band pegs, and a multi-grip pull-up bar.
