Each package includes 2 j-hooks suitable for 2" x 2" power racks. The j-hooks are constructed from six pieces of thick steel, fully welded for maximum strength. A 5/8 inch racking pin adds to the durability, allowing each hook to hold up to 600 lbs, or 1200 lbs combined.

The j-hooks also feature thick rubber pads on all three sides of the clasp to protect the barbell knurling and minimize noise. The left and right double protect bracket improves stability on the rack, ensuring a smooth and safe lifting experience.

These j-hooks are designed to fit 2" x 2" power racks, making them compatible with most steel tube power cages. Easy to install and adjust, simply insert the 5/8-inch bar into the power rack's corresponding hole and lock it in place. You can adjust the height and position of the hooks to suit your workout needs.
