Fitness Reality Squat Rack Power Cage with Optional Attachments

800 lbs weight capacity with 2" x 2" square steel frame construction. Large walk-in space allows for easy side to side movement. New optional attachments available for J-Hooks, Dip Bars, Weight Plate Holders, and Landmine (Sold Separately). Includes two 3 1/4" long chrome lock-on safety bars and two 23" long chrome dual mounted safety bars. There are 19 adjustable height levels for the safety bars, compatible with 7' Olympic bars.

The quality product features high and low row pulley systems with high tensile strength nylon coated cables. It also includes an easy glide 2” x 2” chrome guide rail for smooth operation, along with a 39” bar and a 20” low row bar attachments with foam grips. Additionally, there is an extended lower rear crossbar for fitting benches and a footrest for seated row exercises. The cage also includes a 6.5” long weight plate storage post and two 1-inch Spring Clip Collars for use with Olympic or standard weight plates.

An adjustable leg hold-down allows for a comfortable and secure position, with the ability to shift along the long safety bars. The height can be adjusted by moving the long safety bars up or down along the cage height. Two adjustable foam rollers are also included for added convenience.

This equipment is designed for building muscles in the upper back, shoulders, and arms (biceps and triceps) with exercises such as Wide Lat Pull-down, Lat Pull Over, Triceps Extensions, and more. The Ball Bearing Pulley Systems ensure smooth operation for effective workouts.
