VANSWE Power Cage with LAT Pulldown Attachment, Full Home Gym Equipment (2024 Updated Version)

With a weight capacity of over 1200 pounds, our power cage is constructed with a super solid 2” x 2" square steel frame. The free dip handles allow you to perform dips, and the 2 adaptor sleeves make it compatible with 2 inch Olympic plates (original bar for 1" standard plates). Additionally, 2 extra bar catchers are included for immediate use.

The power rack features 15 variable positions for bar supports ranging in height from 17.5" to 68". The 2 safety bars are compatible with 7' Olympic bars, making it versatile for various exercises like Weight lifting, Bench Press, Barbell Press, Lat Pulldown, Chin-up, Shoulder Press, and Deadlifting.

The recommended maximum weight capacity is 500 lbs if using the bar catchers outside of the cage, 650 lbs if using them inside the cage, and 800 lbs for the safety bars. The package dimensions are: Box 1 - 107.8LBS / 88.6"12.6"5.5", Box 2 - 90LBS / 47.2"20.8"7.5".

In the 2024 updated version, we have enhanced the power cage with removable foot plate, T bar handle, landmine attachment, band pegs, and more. The connecting construction has been improved with durable carriage bolts to eliminate side-to-side wobbling issues.
